Spain is one of the most amazing countries in the world. It has a lot to offer, starting with the impressive architectural and cultural heritage and ending with the breathtaking landscapes. The relief in Spain is special: both the sea and the mountains can be found together, in a unique place where people can go skiing in the morning and bathe in the sea in the afternoon. But the most amazing spectacle offered by nature is the abundance of waterfalls that can be found in the most unexpected places. Thousands of people come annually to Spain just for the waterfalls. If you are in search of a holiday idea, you've got yourself one! The waterfalls in Spain are something worth seeing at least once in a lifetime.

If you decide to go to Spain for its waterfalls, make sure that El Pozo de los Humos is on your list. It is found in the province of Salamanca, in the Arribes Del Duero Nature Reserve. The access to the waterfall is through Perena; a small, but welcoming village. There is one disadvantage: the road to the waterfall can be dangerous, as it is rocky and slippery, but you can hire someone from the village to help you get safely to the waterfall. The Salto Del Nervion is another wonderful waterfall. It is situated between two of the most beautiful provinces in Spain: Alava and Burgos. It is one of the waterfalls visited by those who enjoy going on little trips to experience nature at its best; this is because of the 3.5 kilometers track to the waterfall. It sounds tiring, but once you get there, you'll see how the water seems not to hit the ground; it seems like it disintegrates into vapors that rise back up to the top, just to come down one more time. In Ordesa National Park, the Cola de Caballo (horse's tail) i
s waiting for you. The track can only be followed by foot; it takes about three hours to get to the place where you will be the viewer of an amazing spectacle: its bottom.

Accommodation

When visiting waterfalls, you will be moving from place to place, so the best idea would be to rent villas. Villas are always situated in the villages that provide the best access to the waterfalls. The special thing about villas is that they offer accommodation conditions similar to those in hotels. In addition to that, you will be able to feel the spirit of the locals―their traditions and their culture.

Named La Femme Bleue, his entire collection was inspired by the Tuareg people of Saharan North Africa, who generally wear indigo coloured robes around their head. So, don't wonder why a model who has donned an ultra chic dress is also sporting a turban that too in blue.

To beat the heat and feel the nip of air, Armani stressed more on loose outfits. The dresses ranged from glamorous to boho. Armani's signature tapered trousers as usual looked great on ramp and since the colour was indigo it gave it a classy feel. Fitted, ankle-skimming skirts were grace personified. While the smart cut semi-formal jackets just added to the class and style of the show.

Though blue was the dominating hue, buyers or admirers didn't feel blue or bore of the collectizin. If one of the models showed fitted pants, others walked in shimmery long slim attire. And as Tuaregs are basically nomads, Armani didn't miss out the gypsy connection. Armani is known for his neat style, no fuss creations and the structured pret-a-porter, this time too he didn't disappoint. Talking about the accessories it was fun to see them, scarves and stoles were in gems and beads as decorative neck-pieces.

Giorgio Armani didn't only show what's blue? But also that summer doesn't mean only skimpier clothes, comfortable fabrics in full length can work wonders in heat and dust. With his show the Milan Fashion Week came to an end.

Is there anything better on a cool Fall day than coming into the house and smelling the aroma of the season's best fruits? Well, feeling the warmth of the oven might be a close second. Here are some recipes to enjoy this Fall and Winter (or anytime of the year), using some of our Fall favorites - pears, apples, and blackberries. Grab a cup of coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate and enjoy a real treat.

SNAPPING CRANBERRY-PEAR CRISP

FRUIT MIXTURE:

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp flour
5 med pears, peeled and sliced*

TOPPING:

1 cup coarsely crushed gingersnap cookies
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

For the fruit mixture, combine cranberry sauce and flour in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Add the pear slices, toss to coat evenly. Place fruit mixture in a baking dish and set aside.

For the topping, in a small mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs, flour, brown sugar, and butter; mix well. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fruit mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the pears are tender and the topping is golden brown.
Note: This is just as good when you substitute apples for the pears.

Oregon's Blackberry-Apple Crunch

Filling:

4 cups sliced Granny Smith apples
2 cups fresh blackberries (may use frozen but do not thaw)
3/4 cup sugar

Topping:

3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the apples, berries, and sugar. When well combined, pour mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.

In another large bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, oats, walnuts, butter and cinnamon; blend together using your fingers. Sprinkle over the top of the fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately an hour or until the top is brown and fruit is bubbly.

Red lips are always hot and never go out of fashion. So to get this popular look start off by finding the perfect tone of red for your lips. Bright and classic reds look great on lighter skin women. Women with wheatish complexion should opt for brick reds while intense bluish-red hues compliment those with darker complexions.

Now, you can’t get that kissable, gorgeous look of Scarlett Johansson with dry and flaky lips. Apply a lip balm to moisturize and soften the lips. If your lips are badly chapped, use a concealer or foundation on the outer edge. This prevents the color from feathering.

Start by applying your favorite shade directly on the bottom lip. I prefer using lipstick palettes with a lip brush. This way I can store more shades in less space. Mesh the lips together to let the color set completely. Half your work is done here.

Blend the color outwards using your fingers or brush. Press it well to make the color last all day. You just have to touch up on your lipstick without bothering to re-do the base. For a neat finish and defined boundaries, use a red lip pencil. Apply the liner on the entire lips and not just the tips. Choose a lip liner that is close to your lipstick color or a shade darker.

Finish off the look with a gloss. Apart from sun protection, it adds some pout to the lips. Choose a red shade of gloss which doubles as a touch-up too. Always use the tip of the applicator to retain color instead of using the flat side.

• Yellow or orange colors. They make your face warmer, and softer. These colors are ideally suited for warm skin tones, but do not fit for really pale faces at all, looks unnatural. They can also emphasize the green or blue undertones in your skin. Drop the handkerchief to the yellow tone; it is fit to more people than orange. If you over-indulge orange your skin can look gray and withered.

• Silver and grey. Give twinkle, gentleness, deepness to your lips. Visually volumize lips and stump contour, that is why they are so popular now.

When you will use your new lipstick:
- Try not to copy in your real lips color, but to choose a color that complements your skin tone and shade the natural color of your lips.

- If you are not teen, prefer medium tones (pinks, peaches and beiges), no extreme colors.

- Try deeper colors if you have dark hair and light skin (choose caramel or deep pink).

- If you have medium skin and hair you may try any color you wish, being geared to your eyes color.

- Leave plum or wine lipstick for women with dark skin.

- Use light browns if you have an olive skin tone or have a perfect tan.

1/2 oz Sylk Cream Liqueur
2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin spice syrup
1 tsp whipped cream
cinnamon stick for garnish
Preparation:

Pour the Sylk Liqueur and vodka into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Add the pumpkin liqueur or syrup.
Shake again.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with a teaspoon of whipped cream.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Three-O Chocolate vodka
2 oz. White Chocolate liqueur
Drizzle of Chocolate Syrup
Marshmallow Creme
Method:

Drizzle chocolate syrup in martini glass. Shake vodka and liqueur over ice and pour into glass.

Rub marshmallow creme around the rim of the martini glass and coat with crushed graham crackers. Place marshmallow on skewer and place in cocktail.

I am Shri and I love to share my simple tips on fashion, style and beauty in my blog, Tunics and Tamarind Chutney, to make life just a tad bit easier and perhaps more glamorous in the process. I remember as a child watching people dressed so chic. Now, I either see women dressed in sweats or wearing the skimpiest of clothes. No one likes to meet loved ones looking like they have skipped a few showers or like they forgot to wear their pants. Looking classy seems to have vanished. Though I can’t help you with a delayed flight, perhaps here are some tips you can use to look and feel great when you traveling this holiday season.

Packing your clothes and jewelry: When you fold and stack clothes it takes too much space in the main compartment, so now I roll with it! If you are using hard luggage, then place your rolls between the rods to maximize space. This is what I generally take when traveling for 10-14days: one pair of dark skinny jeans, 3 solid color tops and 3 for going out, 3 dresses, 1 pair of black leggings and 3 tunics, black skirt and 2-3 tops that go with the skirt, 2 sweaters (black/grey, a colored one), 2 scarves (black/grey and one printed). Throw in the tights if its winter and I still end up having space in my duffel to bring back any clothes I might so innocently “need” to buy. If you have special jewelry that you plan on wearing, the best way to pack it is to roll it into the actual clothing you are going to pair it with. If you are worried about losing it, you can also safety pin it to the clothing to keep it safe.

Shoes: Never take more shoes than you need. If you are not going to realistically have time to workout, don’t take bulky shoes just for one possible day of running. 1 pair of heels (black-standard savior), 2 pairs of flats (Tan/brown and navy/black), 1 pair of sandals or boots (grey boots are my favorite) depending on the weather: you should never need more!

Bags: Take one large bag that you fly with and 2 smaller bags. I try to take a faux leather bag when I travel. Faux leather is waterproof, so if the child next to you spills his Sippy cup on top of your purse, you can just wipe it off. I take one large clutch (fancy/expensive) and one medium sized one (for going out-fits phone, credit card and lip balm).

Makeup: I take very little makeup with me since travel tends to ruin cases. If you need foundation, stick foundation applies like a cream and blends with the heat of your fingers so it eliminates the need for a brush! Take a lipstick you love! It is always nice to wear something that you feel so comfortable with when you are traveling, since you will be taking pictures and nothing glows better than confidence. Given the rules with liquids, try to take as little as possible.

For the flight, keep it simple. Jeans are too bulky to wear on a flight and it’s hard to fold your legs and cozy up (like there is even any room in economy). I recommend either leggings/jeggings that stretch with your legs or flouncy wide leg pants that are roomy. Simple cotton stretch top, a cashmere sweater and a thin trench with a tissue scarf (can use to wrap around hair to prevent not-so-sexy-bed-head), add the classic touches. Always wear flats when you fly for you never know when you might have to run to your gate! I hope this helps with planning for your next travel! Bon Voyage!
